An Argentinian named Montez goes to Yale with his pet monkey and meets with great success, especially with one professor's daughter.  He becomes a football hero by winning the game against Princeton in the last few minutes of play.

Throughout, a bumbling detective trails Montez because he believes Montez is wanted for something.
