Let's begin with some new super-sized color scans:

Richard has three shots of Montgomery Clift, Cornell Borchers, and Paul Douglas in The Big Lift (1950).

Next, more great scans from Nick:

We have many more interesting stills from Gary:

Frances sent in a nice shot of Basil Rathbone and Elisabeth Bergner in Paris Calling (1941).  Thanks to Carsten for the correct movie identification.

CJ spotted a Martha Hyer photo from Sabrina (1954).

Lots of actresses today!

We start with three new photos of Susan Hayward.

Next, Richard has some sexy American actresses from the 1950's:

More heroic efforts by Nick:

Gary raced by and dropped off this photo of George Peppard from The The Carpetbaggers (1964).  He barely had time to include a photo of Lili Damita and James Cagney in Frisco Kid (1935).

More great scans from Rikke:

Thanks to our guest contributors!

Let's end with some film clips:

  • The Buccaneer (1938) - A band of scummy pirates drunkenly debates whether to pledge allegiance to the U.S. or to England, until boss Fredric March weighs in for the U.S., and then everything devolves into drunken merriment, with Franciska Gaal serving the crowd—also look for Akim Tamiroff and young, under-utilized Anthony Quinn

  • Gabriel Over the White House (1933) - U.S. President Walter Huston's medical condition and strange behavior are puzzling to concerned aides Franchot Tone and Karen Morley - also look for Samuel S. Hinds as the President's physician

  • The Godfather (1972) - Sever prepared two clips of Marlon Brando and his crew doin' what dey do!

  • It's a Gift (1934) - Store owner W.C. Fields copes with an oblivious blind customer (Charles Sellon) in this famous sequence, which also features Morgan Wallace ("How about my kumquats?") and Tammany Young as the store employee—thanks to Sever for this clip

  • The Prisoner of Zenda (1952) - M'Lady Jane Greer and her servant help Stewart Granger on his mission to rescue the King in the castle, but everyone makes so much noise they can't get the job done—we've got stealth, suspicious glances, clumsiness, goo-goo eyes, smooching, and a knifing in this action-packed clip!

  • The Sea Beast (1926) - Enjoy John Barrymore and the transcendentally beautiful Dolores Costello (were there ever sadder eyes?) in a tender romantic scene, as his jealous brother (George O'Hara) eavesdrops

Let's complete our mini-cycle of Henry Fonda pictures with two more shots of the enduring actor, including one from Let Us Live (1939).  Thanks to Sarah for identifying the film.

Richard has three more international actresses for us:

Sever sent in a shot of Kathleen Burke and Gary Cooper in The Lives of a Bengal Lancer (1935).

Gary has more sparkling images:

Rikke returns with a scan of Diana Dors, two of Janet Gaynor, and three of Jane Wyman.

Mark identified five existing Gloria Grahame pictures from A Woman's Secret (1949), The Cobweb (1955), Crossfire (1947), It's a Wonderful Life (1946), and Song of the Thin Man (1947).

Thanks to all our guest contributors!
